Grotto Hardscapes Warranty

Chandler Concrete of Virginia, Inc., doing business as Grotto Hardscapes, provides the following limited warranty for its Grotto Hardscapes products:

Grotto warrants the structural integrity of its product, if installed according to the Versa-Lok installation instructions, for 5 years from the date of sale. Such warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original retail purchaser of the Grotto Hardscapes product when used for residential construction purposes. Proof of purchase is required. Any product failing to comply with such warranty will be replaced at no cost, other than shipping cost, to the purchaser.

Grotto provides no warranty relative to color, color consistency, or texture as such variances are the result of natural material differences. Grotto also provides no warranty relative to efflorescence, a naturally occurring white deposit common on concrete and masonry surfaces. Grotto expressly excludes any express warranty other than provided above and excludes any implied warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for particular purpose, and further expressly excludes any remedy other than replacement of defective product at Grotto’s expense.
